Joe has been interviewed in  SWEET Magazine,

 

 

and spoken on BBC Radio Ulster to help promote the Diabetes UK Northern Ireland Conference 2012.

 

When studying at Oxford University, Joe was named as an ISIS Icon for his diabetic work.
